Psychologist in your pocket
Attention! These products are intended for educational and self-discovery purposes. The practice of the techniques published in the subscription and in the card pack is not a substitute for individual collaboration with a mental health professional and is not intended to prevent severe psychological distress or to treat psychiatric disorders. If you are experiencing deep emotional distress, a crisis or prolonged psychological discomfort, we encourage you to seek the advice of a qualified professional who can provide individual support.

When you want to take the first step today
There is a lot a person can do for their own psycho-emotional health - especially if they are willing to work on prevention and develop psychological self-care skills on a daily basis.
Individual cooperation with a specialist is valuable even in the absence of acute difficulties, but psychological support is often financially costly, the decision to start counselling can take a long time, and people often have to wait for their first appointment because of the workload of specialists.
That's why we created an easily accessible video library and “Psychologist in your pocket” card set”. These products are designed for preventive emotional health care - managing disturbing thoughts, regulating emotions, relieving stress and balancing inner states.

Each technique in both the subscription and the card pack is designed to help you act immediately - clearly, simply and without unnecessary information overload. By practising the techniques regularly, it is possible to acquire the psychological skills to maintain daily emotional hygiene.
Video and one-card descriptions, a few minutes long, focusing on a specific technique.
Step-by-step sequences, tasks and worksheets for the gradual introduction of psychological literacy into everyday life.
Finding the right technique
How to use?
The techniques in both the subscription and the set of cards are like books in a library - you can “read” them one by one, unconnected with the others, get to know them little by little, return to them, go deeper into them and understand yourself more and more through them. As with books, it is important to find the techniques that are most suitable for you.
All the material is structured into 6 thematic categories. To find the techniques that suit you best, you can:
- complete the test, to help you determine the most appropriate category;
- use a guide to psychological techniques, which gives an insight into the situations for which each technique is suitable;
- product guides.
