- video library of psychological techniques

Emotional well-being 360°

Attention! This service is intended for educational and self-discovery purposes. The practice of the techniques published in this subscription may help to develop psychologically healthy functioning and enhance emotional well-being, but it is not a substitute for one-to-one work with a mental health professional and is not intended to prevent or treat severe psychological distress or psychiatric disorders. If you are experiencing deep emotional distress, a crisis or prolonged psychological distress, we encourage you to seek the advice of a qualified professional who can provide individual support.

immediate access to psychological tools

When you need support today - not three months from now

Individual mental health support is expensive, the decision to start counselling often takes years, and people may have to wait in long queues for their first session due to the workload of the professionals. However, the emotional weight does not wait.

That's why we created an easily accessible video library with techniques, that psychologists use every day with clients - to manage anxious thoughts, regulate emotions, reduce stress and more. These are tools that can be accessed immediately, when you need them most, and when you just want to understand yourself better or build emotional resilience in everyday life.

Support materials

Finding the right technique

How do I use my subscription?

Techniques in a subscription are like books in a library - you can “read” them one by one, unconnected with the others, get to know them little by little, return to them, go deeper into them and understand yourself more and more through them.

As with books, it is important to find the techniques that are most suitable for you. That's why the videos are structured 9 thematic categories (relaxation, thinking, emotions, etc.).

To find the techniques that suit you best, it is possible to:
- complete the test, to help you determine the most appropriate category;
- use a guide to psychological techniques, which gives an insight into the situations for which each technique is suitable;
- see informative videos at the beginning of the subscription and at the beginning of each category.

Mental health is not a luxury - it's the foundation of everyday quality of life

Worldwide more than 1 billion people face mental health problems According to Dr Tedros Tedros, Director-General of the WHO Adhanom Ghebreyesus: “Transforming the mental health system is one of the most urgent public health challenges (WHO, 2 September 2025)”.

That's why it pays to look after yourself in a timely and preventive manner - before fatigue, stress or emotional heaviness become the backdrop to your everyday life.

It is possible to look after yourself

We know that support from mental health professionals can be expensive, difficult to access and often takes a long time before a person makes the decision to seek help.

The Emotional Wellbeing 360° subscription gives everyone the chance to for yourself, learn, in a safe, private and non-threatening way, the tools to help you organise your thoughts, calm your emotions and strengthen your inner support - step by step, at your own pace.

You are not alone. Support is available.
